Transferred to Company H, Nov. 20, 1864. Mustered out Jan 31, 1865 Eastport, Mississippi.  He was a member of the Bald Knobbers in Taney Co. Mo.. Indicted for murder in May 1892 and on June 11, 1892 charges were dismissed.
